Under normal circumstances, shipments are made a MINIMUM of 3 times a week: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
The AVERAGE and INDICATIVE delivery time between the time your order is dispatched and the time you receive it is TWO DAYS (48h) for most French departments. This time may be up to FIVE DAYS for distant departments such as the French overseas departments and territories.
HOWEVER:
The standard delivery time does not apply to REASSORT ITEMS, which may take up to 5 weeks depending on the case.
ATTENTION:
These times are given as an indication in the case of normal operation of La Poste. They do not take into account possible delays due to delivery delays, strikes, substitute letter carriers, as well as addressing problems.
ABOUT ADDRESSING:
CHECK THAT YOUR NAME APPEARS ON YOUR LETTERBOX AND THAT IT IS ACCESSIBLE. IN THE CASE OF A RETURNED ENVELOPE WITH AN ADDRESS ERROR, YOU WILL BE CHARGED €4.90 FOR RE-DISPATCH.
Delivery method
Tracked letter delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment, with a tracking number that you can use on the following La Poste website to trace the progress of your mail:
Registered letter delivery
Your order is sent by registered letter R1 or R2, depending on the value of the contents, and is delivered to you personally by the letter carrier.
